I am back! 😃😃😃 Taking a break from the madness of life is so important! I am so glad I decided to do this. Often times, our own expectations get the better of us. Oh you need to this! Oh you have to finish that! You are not enough! You are nothing! Stop. Take a breath. Yes you are probably nowhere near what you hope to achieve. But don't forget to live while you are madly consumed by the race. Of course be as productive as you can, but also take care of yourself on the way. And I have learnt that the hard way. I want to achieve great things. But I also want to take care of myself, love myself, pamper myself, nourish myself. If you are also feeling overwhelmed with life and what's happening around the world, take a break. Nobody is going anywhere. There's no pressure that you need to be on social media every single day. It's you who decides! Nobody else. So take charge of your time and you decide what you want to do. All the love to you guys!
