
Air Fryer Series: Episode 16/30 Air Fryer aloo tuk, comes out super crunchy and makes for such a perfect evening snack! Ingredients: 4 medium potatoes (cut in big pieces) 1 tbsp oil 1 tsp salt 1 tsp red chili powder ½ tsp turmeric 1 tsp cumin powder 1 tsp coriander powder ½ tsp garam masala Coriander for garnish Lemon juice Method: Wash and cut potatoes into big pieces. Soak in water for 15–20 minutes. Drain and pat completely dry. Add salt and oil and Air Fry for 20 min at 160. Crush them with a glass and put them back in the air fryer for 20 min at 180. Toss in the spice mix of red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, garam masala. Garnish with coriander and squeeze lemon juice.
