Last Sunday, I did something that I previously thought was an impossible feat for me.. I participated in the #jbgwestin33 staircase run and claimed 33 floors, 1056 steps and 499 feet at one go!! 🪜 Just a year back, I would be totally out of breath if I climbed even 3 floors! And now I am climbing those 33 floors with a smile on my face and with a spring in my steps.. This is what a year of discipline, dedication and consistency does. 🤸🏽‍♀️✨ For me, this is a great achievement.. slowly moving towards my health goals.
