There’s something about Punjabi food that just feels like a warm hug, and lunch at Kanak @tridenthyderabad yesterday was exactly that. 🌾 We went in for the Unchronicled Punjab festival and honestly, it’s so much more than the usual Butter Paneer Masala stereotypes. @agirlfromthehills what magic you’ve created 💕💕💕 While you can’t go wrong with the Saag and Doli Roti, a few other things completely blew me away: - The Babugoshe ka Shorba was so velvety and comforting- I could have had more bowls of it. - The Lahori Tadka Dal had that perfect, smoky “home-cooked” flavor that’s so hard to find in fine dining. • But my fav as a dessert person? The Panjiri Ice Cream. It’s nostalgic, crunchy, and genuinely addictive. Such a SWEEET way to end the meal!
