7 Things I Wish I Knew NOT To Do in Bali 🇮🇩🔥 If you’re planning a Bali trip soon… SAVE this because these mistakes can ruin your experience 👇 1️⃣ Don’t trust random money exchange shops Only use official ones like Centrals / BMC to avoid scams. 2️⃣ Don’t ride a scooter without license + insurance Police checks are REAL in Bali. Fine is expensive + they may hold your passport. 3️⃣ Don’t visit temples or waterfalls in revealing clothes You won’t be allowed inside. Always carry a sarong. 4️⃣ Don’t underestimate Bali traffic A 20 min route can take 1 hour. Always keep buffer time for sunsets or airport drop. 5️⃣ Don’t drink tap water Only sealed mineral water. Even for brushing teeth! 6️⃣ Don’t book hotels far from the areas you’ll visit Stay near Seminyak / Canggu / Ubud based on your plan.
