Eid is almost here ✨ And nothing feels more festive than a bowl of warm, homemade sevai 🤍 Sharing our family’s quick & easy favorite recipe 🥰 Ingredients: Ghee Dry fruits Roasted vermicelli (sevai) Milk Condensed milk Kesar Method - In a thick-bottom pan, heat ghee and roast the dry fruits and sevai till golden. Add milk and bring it to a boil, then add the roasted sevai and dry fruits. Let it cook till the sevai softens and the milk reduces slightly. Now add condensed milk and keep stirring (don’t let it stick at the bottom!). Finish with 4–5 strands of kesar soaked in milk… and it’s ready to serve ✨ Simple, comforting, and full of festive love 💛 Hope you enjoy it!
