Start at Naggar Castle — classic pahadi wood + stone architecture with insane valley views. Then temple hop to the 17th-century Krishna Temple, 3-storey Tripura Sundari Temple, and the stone-carved Vishnu Temple by the castle. Don’t skip Roerich Art Gallery for a dose of history and Himalayan art. I spent half a day strolling Naggar’s peaceful streets and it was the perfect slow travel break.
