Thoroughly enjoyed the exclusive pop-up at Zarf, where I had the privilege of savouring Michelin-starred Chef Deepanker Khosla’s Neo-Indian masterpieces! From the veg menu, highlights included the Bombay Sandwich, Tomato Chaat, Avocado & Jerusalem Artichoke delights, and the sublime Textures of Chocolate... each dish expertly paired with Chivas Regal. But what really stole the show was the creative genius that went into both the veg and non-veg menus! The perfect blend of vibrant spices, modern flair, and unforgettable flavors left me wanting more!
