real. i know i show up with all good things here but here’s a truth idk when how why hitting 27 has done something to me. maybe it’s my frontal lobe developing or maybe a spiritual connection is due, but i have never felt so disconnected and not in control of my thoughts and emotions. at the same time though, i’m so proud of myself that each day for me is an equally effortful event to get through this feeling and love and accept myself despite all the triggers. i’m like a hit-me toy that gets up after every mental punch my own mind throws at me. and mind you, everything in my life is perfectly okay, it’s just this stupid, stupid, beautiful mind playing tricks that i don’t get but will soon figure out, i’m sure. is this what they call healing? i love writing things in small case :) is somebody else feeling the same blue as me? i guess it’s the mercury retrograding🤣 also - ask gpt your curse and if comfortable.. share what it says in the comments. let’s bond🥹 #instagramreels #relatable #trending [mental health, chat gpt, life, things we feel, feelings, sensitive, feeling too much, brain fog, relatable, relatable reels videos, trending, instagram trend, chat gpt therapy, feelings]
