Highly recommend grabbing your tickets online ahead of time — the tour I did was about 1 hour. The first half was super educational: got to learn all about the reindeer, their behaviors, and their care. Then, in the second half, I got to actually meet the reindeer. They also have friendly farm dogs that you can pet — so cute and so welcoming. It was such a magical, hands-on experience. Bring your friends, bring your family — everyone will enjoy it.
