Happy International Chefs Day to all the CHEF’s ❤️ It all began with a spark — the dream to wear that chef’s coat. From studying Hotel Management to post-graduation in London, the passion only grew stronger. 🌍 It’s been almost 22 years in the kitchen now — long days, endless experiments, and countless memories plated with pride. My time with Taj London @taj51bg was the true turning point — demanding, inspiring, and unforgettable. Serving VVIPs (like Mr. Bachchan, Ambani, Mittal, Tendulkar, Singhania and many many more) daily wasn’t easy, but it built the foundation of who I am today — a chef who believes that perfection is never optional. 👨‍🍳 There’s nothing sweeter to my ears than someone saying “Chef” — a title that’s earned through passion, pressure, and persistence.
