Today, I sat alone and reflected on everything I’ve been through over the past year. Thirteen years ago, on this very day, I hit rock bottom. I truly believed life would never be the same again and it wasn’t. But with each passing year, it became better. I’ve faced setbacks, fallen, and been pulled down more times than I can count. Yet every single time, I chose to stand back up and face the world again. The same happened in 2025 but here I am, standing still, stronger, and showing up for myself once more. Today, I feel nothing but gratitude for the journey, the growth, and the strength I didn’t know I had. 🥹
