Deep fry them until the chicken is golden brown in colour. 3. In a pan saute diced garlic, ginger and chilli and saute for a minute. 4. Add curry leaves and mix them for a minute. 5. Add a spoon of tomato ketchup and soy sauce and mix them properly. 6. Add half a cup of beaten curd to enhance the flavours. 7. Add the fried chicken and mix them well until the sauce is well coated in the chicken. 8.
