Btw this 65yo man had history of sexual offences. Once in 1998 and then in 2015 for raping a relative’s child. And yet, he was walking free and managed to do this. This failure is on our system. And what good is death penalty when it’ll take over at least 10 years to happen? he’d be dead by then anyway.
