
if you’re trying to get into fitness right now… i didn’t really take it seriously till my thyroid + pcod phase and even after that it’s been on and off i’ve lost 20 kgs on and off… not in one straight line there are phases where you’re doing everything but it still feels like nothing is changing you start thinking maybe it’s your body maybe you’re doing it all wrong maybe it just works for other people and that’s usually when you feel like leaving it what actually started helping me was keeping it simple eating more protein moving more (even just getting my steps in) strength training 3–4 times a week drinking more water just repeating the basics stay through this it starts making sense i’m rooting for you 🤍
