🆘Beware of @tatamotorscars Car Company - Poor Service Experience I had a harrowing experience with Tata Car Company that I feel compelled to share. Recently, I was stranded in a jungle with my Tata vehicle and found myself without any roadside assistance. Despite repeated attempts to reach out for help, I received no support from Tata’s service team. This incident has left me highly disappointed and frustrated. Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing any car from Tata. Their lack of reliable service can leave you helpless in critical situations. Please consider this when making your next vehicle purchase. * full details given below 👇 **Terrible Experience with @tatamotorscars ’ Roadside Assistance** On 10/07/2024, while traveling from Mahad to Alibaug with my family—a distance of only 120 km—we encountered a severe issue with our Tata vehicle. Between Chikli and Kurud, we stopped for a short break, and upon trying to restart the car, it simply wouldn’t start. This occurred at around 10:00 am. I promptly registered my case with the Tata helpline at 10:15 am. Despite being stranded in the middle of nowhere, Tata Motors failed to provide any assistance. I had to arrange for a rental car to send my family home. Tata did not offer any spare vehicle or cab service. I waited alone in the jungle for more than 9 hours, without food or water, and the experience was nothing short of a nightmare. Eventually, I managed to get home by taxi, arriving on 11/07/2024 at 1:00 am. Throughout this ordeal, Tata Motors did not offer any accommodation, food, or meaningful support. This experience has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I urge potential buyers to reconsider before purchasing a vehicle from Tata Motors.
