Everything needs nurturing and work and we should take care of our mental/internal health so it reflects us externally. Eat a 80/20 diet, work out regularly (whether it's lifting in the gym or running out doors), find a purpose and take time to reflect, dig into self care. change happens with consistency and care ❤️‍🩹 we can all make changes to maximize our potential.
