My current personal best lifts are 190 kg Squat, 120 kg Bench Press, and 220 kg Deadlift, with a 530 kg total. I believe real strength is built through discipline, consistency, and proper technique—not shortcuts.
I provide personalized training guidance for beginners and intermediate lifters, focusing on strength development, lifting technique, progressive overload, injury prevention, and long-term results. I currently coach multiple clients and enjoy helping them improve their performance while building confidence in the gym.
