🍤 Prawn Ghee Roast Recipe 500g prawns ko 1 tbsp lemon juice, ½ tsp haldi, 1 tsp namak aur 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste ke saath 15–20 mins marinate karein. 8–10 Bedgi mirch + 10–12 cashews ko soak karein. 1 tbsp imli alag soak karein. Dry roast: 1 tsp jeera, 1 tsp rai, ½ tsp black pepper, 1 tsp khas khas, ¼ tsp methi dana, 1 tbsp sabut dhania. Sabko imli pulp + 1 tbsp gud ke saath smooth paste bana lein. 2 tbsp ghee mein prawns halka sauté karein. Phir 2 tbsp ghee + curry leaves + rai ka tadka laga kar paste cook karein jab tak ghee separate ho jaye. Prawns add karein aur 5–6 mins cook karein.
