Here’s a simple, crunchy granola recipe 🍞️: *Ingredients:* - 2 cups rolled oats - 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, or your fave) - rice crispes - 1/4 cup seeds (pumpkin, sunflower, chia, flax seeds) - 1/4 cup honey/maple syrup - 2 tbsp coconut oil - Dried fruits (cranberries, blueberries) *Do this:* 1. Mix oats, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, salt. 2. In a separate bowl, mix honey & coconut oil. Pour over dry mix, toss well. 3. Air fry at 160°C/320°F for 10-12 mins (shake halfway) OR bake at 150°C/300°F for 25-30 mins (stir often). 4. Cool completely. 5. Store in an airtight jar 🍞️.
