💰The salary is split in 3 parts 1️⃣ Basic salary (fixed) Around- AED 4,980- 5,500 (₹1.25L - 1.38L) 2️⃣ Flying pay (for new joiners) AED 69 per hour (₹1,742) 3️⃣ Meal allowance for layovers only Around AED 1,000- 1,500 (depending on the destination) *ADDITIONALLY If you are living out of company’s accommodation you get: - Accommodation allowance- AED 5,255 per month (₹1.32L) - Transport allowance- AED 560 per month (₹14K) —————— ⭐️ How will your monthly salary get calculated? For example- If you have flown for 80hrs in a month: 69 x 80= 5,520 AED (will be your flying pay) Basic + flying pay + meal allowances 4980 + 5520 + 1500= 12,000 AED (₹3L) (per month salary) Important points to note:- ‼️ The above calculation is only of new joiners (economy crew) ‼️ The amount fluctuates every month depending on how many hours you’ve flown ‼️ The salary increases with seniority and yearly increments ‼️ During training (first 2 months) you will only receive basic salary Want to know more benefits, let me know in the comments 💬 . .
