
It’s summer, guys. Take a little break from the screen, put your phone down, and drink some water. Last year, my days were mostly work, screen time, and then even more screen time, with almost no movement in between. I didn’t realise how badly it was affecting me until my body started reacting with constant back pain, low energy, and eventually two months of complete bed rest. Even sitting or standing became difficult, and honestly, that phase changed a lot for me. Lately, I’ve started swimming. I’m still learning, but it already feels like a step towards taking better care of myself. It’s helping me feel lighter mentally and physically, and after a long time, I finally feel a little more like me again.
