Soldiers are trained to run towards flying bullets, they are literally running towards death. I think motivation isn’t going to help very much in that so They train discipline until it becomes identity. I remind myself of this on hard study days. I don’t have to face bullets atleast. I just have to sit, focus, and study. 7–8 hours. Consistently. Discipline isn’t talent. It’s standards, repetition, and zero compromise. At first it’s effort. Then it becomes who you are. So in the beginning force yourself to do the hard things and after doing this for some time it just becomes a part of your habits and brains doesn’t resist anymore. And it wouldn't feel as hard as it feels in the beginning. If discipline can be trained for war, it can be trained for books too. 📚
