Cheesy loaded Chicken Fries🍟😋 Ingredients:- Chicken marination : Chicken 300 grams Red chilli powder land half spoon Pepper powder 1 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp Chicken masala 1 tsp Salt as per taste Vinegar 1tspn 1 tbsp oil Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp 1 egg 2 tbspn maida 2tbsp rice flour Marinate for 30 minutes Fry in hot oil and cut in to small pieces Fry french fries in hot oil Sauce preparation: 1 and half tsp butter 1/2 tbsp oil 2 tbsp maida mix well 3/4 cup milk 2 cheese slices Pepper 1 tsp Salt to taste Mix well without lumps and cook until thickens as shown in video Separate sauce in to two equal parts Add 1 tbsp schezwan sauce 1 tbsp tomato ketchup mix and red sauce is ready. Add some periperi masala and cheese powder on top of French fries and mix well.
