I GOT SCAMMED BY MEESHO! 🚨 WORST CUSTOMER SUPPORT EVER! 😡 I had heard mixed reviews about @meeshoapp , but I never expected their customer service to be THIS BAD. If you ever have an issue with an order, don’t expect any resolution because their entire system is designed to delay, ignore, and ultimately close your complaint without solving anything. Here’s what happened to me: 🔹 I faced an issue with my order and registered a complaint through their app. 🔹 They told me to wait for 4-5 days for a resolution. 🔹 After patiently waiting, instead of resolving my issue, they automatically closed my complaint! 🔹 When I reached out again, they casually said, “Sorry, now we can’t do anything since your complaint is closed.” EXCUSE ME?! Who closed it? Why does your system shut down complaints without solving them? This is pure fraud. Instead of helping their customers, they’re using delay tactics and hoping we just give up. Meesho, you NEED to fix this! This is completely unacceptable, and I know I’m not the only one facing this issue.
