26 things I learnt by being 26 1. Being soft is a strength, not a weakness. 2. Energy doesn’t lie, notice how you feel around people. 3. Discipline is a more powerful form of self-love than motivation. 4. Protecting your peace is a full-time job. 5. Your body is your home - nourish it, move it, rest it. 6. Hustle is temporary. Alignment is forever. 7. Time really is the most expensive currency. 8. Know which hands to hold tightly, which to hold lightly, and which to hold wisely. 9. You are allowed to be proud of how far you’ve come. 10. Comparison robs you of joy. 11. Healing isn’t linear and that’s okay. 12. It’s okay to outgrow people, places, and versions of yourself. 13. Not everyone deserves access to your energy. 14. Celebrate the little wins, always. 15. Letting go is a skill and you get better at it. 16. Boundaries don’t make you mean. They make you honest. 17. Forgiveness is for your peace, not their comfort. 18. What you focus on expands. 19. Walk away with grace, not bitterness. 20. Don’t shrink yourself to be digestible, stay whole. 21.
