Studying in Ramadan feels different. Energy drops. Sleep changes. Focus isn’t the same. And that’s okay. If you plan it properly, you can balance Ibadah + Study without burnout. 1️⃣ Study After Fajr (Golden Window) After Fajr your mind is: Calm Fresh Distraction-free 👉 45–90 minutes of focused study here can feel more productive than late-night cramming. Use this time for: ✔ Hard subjects (law, tax, audit,Math, Physics, Chemistry) ✔ New concepts ✔ Deep understanding This is your power slot. 2️⃣ Don’t Waste Energy Before Iftar Before Maghrib: Energy naturally dips. Brain feels slower. So don’t force heavy topics. Instead: ✔ Revise notes ✔ Read summaries ✔ Memorize definitions ✔ Light practice Work with your energy, not against it. 3️⃣ Take a Short Nap (Qailulah) 20–30 minutes after Dhuhr or Asr: ✔ Restores energy ✔ Improves focus ✔ Reduces headaches ✔ Makes night study easier Short nap = better Taraweeh + better productivity. 4️⃣ Study 1–2 Hours After Taraweeh After Isha & Taraweeh: Mind feels peaceful. Less noise. Less rush. Perfect for: ✔ Practice questions ✔ Solving numericals ✔ Writing answers ✔ Active recall No pressure. Just consistency. 5️⃣ Stay Hydrated Between Iftar and Suhoor: Drink enough water. Avoid too much fried food. Don’t overeat. Heavy stomach = sleepy brain. 6️⃣ Use Short Study Sessions Instead of 3-hour blocks: 👉 45 minutes study 👉 10 minutes break Ramadan is about balance, not burnout. 7️⃣ Fix Your Intention (Niyyah) When you study with the intention to: Make your parents proud Build a good future Help people Even your study becomes rewarding. ⭐ Important Reminder Ramadan is not about doing everything perfectly. If you: Pray Study a little daily Stay consistent You are already winning. If this helped, save it for later in Ramadan 🤍 #RamadanStudy #StudentLife
