Day 1 of Love Handled : breakfast in bed This is something I make almost every day, mostly on autopilot. Just to eat, just to make sure I’ve put something into my body and moved on. For the longest time, I saw cooking only as a chore. Growing up, it also felt like a very women thing, and I still think there’s a lot of truth in how tied it is to the whole patriarchal setup. Now I started liking the process and trying to learn it I know this is not something you can do every single day. We don’t have that kind of energy. But for one day, try doing it like how you put effort for others. What I made is an egg toast. Added dome fruits and milk which is my go to these days. Also I hate eating breakfast in my bed.
