Today, science is trying to uncover the mysteries of the mind. But the Buddha clearly said — the mind is the root of all experience. A pure mind brings peace… An impure mind brings suffering. The only difference is… Science conducts experiments in laboratories, while the Buddha conducted experiments in the laboratory of his own mind — through meditation and practice.
