1. Payment Terms 50% advance is required before content creation begins. Remaining 50% is to be paid within 3 working days after final content delivery and approval. Barter collaborations are accepted, but the value must be agreed upon beforehand. No additional deliverables will be provided beyond what’s discussed. 2. Content Creation & Posting All content will be created based on the agreed brief. Any changes outside the initial scope may require additional charges. Posting schedule will be mutually decided. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly. 3. Usage Rights The brand may repost the content with proper credit to the creator. For paid campaigns, usage is allowed for organic promotions. For paid ads, white-listing, or extended use, a separate fee must be discussed. 4. Revisions Two round of minor revisions (e.g., caption tweak, filter change) is included. Major reshoots or additional edits will be charged extra. 5. Brand Fit & Integrity I only promote products/services I genuinely resonate with. I reserve the right to decline promotions that don’t align with my personal values or audience. Transparency is important — all paid or barter collaborations will be disclosed as per platform and legal guidelines (e.g., #ad or #gifted). 6. Exclusivity If exclusivity is required (i.e., not working with competitor brands for a certain time), it must be clearly stated and may incur an additional fee. 7. Cancellation Policy If the brand cancels after the advance is paid and work has started, the advance is non-refundable. If I cancel due to valid reasons before any work begins, the advance will be refunded in full.:
