I started off just a "skinny" girl — full of insecurities, constantly being skinny-shamed, never really believing I could change. But some gentle nudges (especially from my brother @saptarshishilofficial , who lives and breathes fitness) made me give the gym a shot. At first, I didn’t think I’d stick to it — especially with the madness of 11th and 12th grade. But I showed up. One day. Then another. Slowly, something shifted. It stopped being just about looks and started healing my mind. Lifting became therapy. Moving my body became freedom. And now? It’s as natural to me as eating, sleeping, and breathing. To anyone struggling to start, to stay, to feel “enough” — I feel you. Truly. Progress feels slow. Growth feels invisible. But good things take time. Just try to be 1% better than yesterday.
