Just perfect results every single time 💯 Any Dish, OneChef Recipe Ingredients: •⁠ ⁠Paneer – 600g •⁠ ⁠Oil – 10ml •⁠ ⁠Garlic – 20g •⁠ ⁠Onions – 1 cup •⁠ ⁠Capsicum – 1 cup •⁠ ⁠Soya Sauce – 2 tbsp •⁠ ⁠Chilli Sauce – 2 tbsp •⁠ ⁠Vinegar – 1 tbsp •⁠ ⁠Salt to taste •⁠ ⁠White Pepper – 1 tsp •⁠ ⁠Corn Flour Slurry – ¼ cup •⁠ ⁠Green Onions – 2 tbsp Method (6 Steps): 1.Prep the Ingredients Cut paneer into cubes. Finely chop garlic and slice onions and capsicum. Keep all sauces ready for a smooth cooking process. 2.Crisp the Paneer (Air Fry Mode) Place paneer in the appliance and cook on Air Fry mode at paneer preset. Close the lid this ensures a perfect crisp without overcooking. 3.Prepare the Base (Stir Fry Mode) Remove the air fryer basket. In the cooking pot, add oil, garlic, onions, and capsicum. Sauté on Stir Fry mode (high heat). 4.Build the Sauce Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar, salt, and white pepper. Toss well and let the sauce turn glossy and balanced. 5.Combine Everything Add the crispy paneer along with corn flour slurry.
