I thought Garnier would pass the test… but I was wrong. I added 4-5 drops into Betadine — no color change. Then added more… and finally, a faint orange appeared. Yes, it has Vitamin C, but in a very low amount. Good for sensitive skin or beginners maybe… But for visible results? Might not be worth it.
