Gur Makhana 😋💪 Recipe: 1. Roast makhana - Heat 1–2 tsp ghee. - Add 2 cups makhana. - Roast on low flame 5–6 mins till crispy. 2. Make jaggery syrup - In another pan, add ½ cup jaggery + 1–2 tbsp water. - Let it melt and form a sticky syrup 3. Mix - Add roasted makhana into jaggery syrup. - Stir quickly so all makhana coat well. 4. Finish - Add sesame seeds or cardamom (optional). - Cool completely and store.
