300 साल पुरानी नवाबी शान, आज भी ज़िंदा ✨ भोपाल का कदीमी रॉयल हम्माम फिर से गुलज़ार है 👑 विरासत को संजोए एक परिवार, और सेहत का वही पुराना नुस्खा… बस वक़्त बदला है। शाही मसाज से शरीर की जकड़न दूर होती है, भूख खुलकर लगती है, अच्छी नींद आती है, ब्लड सर्कुलेशन बेहतर होता है और थकान दूर हो जाती है। दीपावली से राखी तक, इस ऐतिहासिक हम्माम का शाही एहसास ज़रूर लें ♨️ हम्माम में पर्दानशीनी का पूरा ख्याल रखा गया है. महिलाओं के लिए सुबह 8 से दोपहर 2 बजे तक जबकि मर्दों के लिए शाम 6 से रात 3 बजे तक खुलता है. 👩🏻‍🦰👱🏻‍♂️ हम्माम में सबसे पहले 15 मिनट तक स्टीम बाथ दिया जाता है. उसके बाद शरीर की स्क्रबिंग की जाती है. फिर शरीर पर तेल की मसाज की जाती है. करीब 20 मिनट तक शरीर के प्रेशर पाइंट्स मले जाते हैं. उसके बाद बॉडी स्क्रब लगाया जाता है और अंत में उबटन लगाकर नहलाया जाता है. .
