Hats off to @ankita.pahwa for exposing 40+ but 100+ brands to avoid and inspiring me to finally speak up. At first, I didn’t even know how to speak about this. Because technically, I did receive two products. But then I realised — this wasn’t okay. Those pieces may stay in my wardrobe forever, never worn, or maybe just passed on to someone else. Not because I don’t have space for them, but because every time I look at them, they remind me of how this was handled. What hurts the most is that the brand knew — twice — that they didn’t have the product I originally ordered. Instead of being honest, saying no, and refunding my money, they chose silence. And then they sent something completely unusable, hoping that would keep me quiet. But staying silent only protects the wrong people.
