One of the biggest problems every founder faces is finding the right people, and that is the most important thing, because the founders are the real operators. They really know the organisation 360°. When you delegate that task to, let's say, your human resource department, not that they are not great; it's just that they are not able to connect most of the time, and that's where the founder gets stuck. What if we, as founders, can put our thoughts somewhere and then have that something do the job for us and find the right people?
