
READ CAPTION I was 65 kg postpartum when I started my weight loss journey. I made these changes in my routine and diet. I followed these things strictly for 2 months without any cheats and achieved about 8 kg weight loss. ✅ Started my day with a detox water (chia seeds hot water, jeera water, amla water etc alternatively) ✅ Two fruits a day is must. One before breakfast, one as evening snack. ✅ Replaced Wheat and Rice with Millets(Jowar, Bajra, Ragi, Moriya) during both the meals strictly ✅ Finish dinner before 7, A must ✅ Eat a bowl of salad(without salt) before starting lunch and dinner ✅ No Sugar, No packaged food, No processed food ✅ Drink atleast 3 to 4 ltrs of water ✅ Keep breakfast Heavy(dosa, chilla, poha, upma, paratha with veggies), Meal medium and dinner light I ate everything homemade but with lot of veggies, panner, pulses and millets.
