An honour to be part of a room where real conversations actually happen.... I attended my first PHDCCI (PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry) Travel and Hospitality meeting in New Delhi as the Travel Chair from East Kolkata, and it felt surreal to sit with the stalwarts who have shaped the industry I’ve grown up admiring. We spoke about the challenges we face every day, the opportunities we often overlook, and the kind of future we want to build for Indian travel.
