Not gonna lie… this didn’t start with motivation. It started with discomfort in my own body. Low energy, mood swings, emotional eating… I was going through it all. But I showed up. Again and again. No shortcuts. Just consistency. And a coach who didn’t let me quit on myself. 10 kgs down today 🤍 Still a long way to go, but I’m proud of how far I’ve come. Thank you to my trainer @thekashyapempire for pushing me when I couldn’t push myself ✨ This is just the beginning.
