Yes, I have been dealing with it since my childhood. It began with repeating numbers and praying to God again and again in a certain manner and way, creating scenarios in my mind, imagining the death of a close family member who is alive, engaging in repetitive actions and touching things again and again until a spark comes in the mind that it's enough for now. It's really difficult when you don't want to do these things, but you feel compelled to do them and you don't know why. I still remember those days in my teenage years when my friends and family used to mock me for my actions. It wasn't their fault, though; they didn't know anything about it, and I had no clue either. I only came to know about it a few years ago, and it's really frustrating to deal with. It feels really bad when people call you mad for your actions, but it feels like a compulsion that a sound is coming and giving orders. I feel extremely tired because I doubt everything I do, everything I see and everything I hear.
