Just two days after updating my trusty @vivo_india X60 phone, a striking green line appeared on the screen, disrupting my user experience. Soon after, I received a reassuring call from the service center, inviting me to their Malviya Nagar service center in South Delhi. Upon my visit, the skilled technician at the service center showed great professionalism and inquisitiveness. He probed into the root cause of the issue, delving into why and how it occurred. After a thorough examination and analysis, he made a surprising announcement – the green line issue had been identified in only a few devices, and vivo was taking full responsibility for it. To my surprise and delight, the technician replaced the screen of my vivo X60 at absolutely no cost, despite my device being out of warranty. He explained that vivo was committed to ensuring the best user experience for its customers and would soon release a software update to fix this issue for all affected devices.
