
Lost 12 kg in 12 weeks. The journey was brutal, but simple. I didn’t follow crash diets or cut out foods completely. Just a consistent routine that didn’t break me. The goal is to reach 73 kg with around 14% body fat and good muscle. I’ve been hitting the gym for the last 2 months. I’ve seen good results, but not great yet. If you ask how long I’ll keep doing this, I’ll say: until I’m satisfied. Like Bob said in Maharshi, “It’s not a destination, it’s a journey.” It feels like I’m rebuilding myself. It demanded my blood and sweat, and I said yes, because in the end, it’s worth it. After a few months, I’ll post a shirtless picture with the abs and physique I want. This isn’t overconfidence. It’s a commitment I made to myself. This is my obsession.
