I want to make it clear that there is nothing wrong with ‘kurti-leggings’ , even I also prefer wearing it on long duty days because it is the most comfortable outfit. But what’s wrong is only considering wearing kurta as formal for females. The choice should be yours what you want to wear, of course the clothes worn at work should be decent and formals but ‘kurti’ is not only the formal wear. Have you ever faced this problem?
