However, it was extremely crowded. We had to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes just to get our gobi. ➡️ There was only one person cooking, and he could make just 4 to 5 plates at a time. ➡️ That’s the main reason for the long queue, people had to wait for hours. ➡️ I believe he should consider expanding his business, especially since he’s clearly making a good amount of money. ➡️ He should hire at least two more people to help, which would significantly increase production and reduce waiting times. ➡️ Additionally, there were no proper dustbins, which is something he should invest in to maintain cleanliness. ➡️ While he did have someone managing the queue, it wasn’t very organized. He should consider hiring a professional security guard to handle crowd control more effectively. ➡️ Due to the large crowd, residents nearby were getting disturbed. Imagine 50 people standing and eating right in front of your home! ❌ Also, there’s no designated parking area, you can park here and there on parallel roads, but parking a car is nearly impossible. ✨ I truly appreciate his hard work and the effort he puts into making the gobi. He maintains clean utensils and a tidy cooking area. However, he seems to be using low-quality ingredients, which affects the overall experience. Also, that heavy pan he uses must be exhausting to handle, especially in the heat. These are just my personal thoughts on how the situation could be improved to manage the crowd better.
