Fake Currency Racket Busted in Gujarat; ‘Guruji’ Arrested Pradeep Jotangiya, also known as “Pradeep Guruji” of Satya Yog Foundation, Surat, has been arrested along with his gang for running a fake currency racket. Police recovered counterfeit notes worth over ₹2 crore, including 42,000 fake ₹500 notes. The accused allegedly used AI tools to refine designs and generate different serial numbers. The gang was selling ₹1,500 worth of fake currency for ₹500 and had just begun operations. Their first deal involved supplying fake notes worth ₹2 crore for ₹66 lakh.
