Life happens 🤷🏼‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ 3 months ago: This is it. I’m going to be in the best shape of my life for this vacation. 🏋️‍♀️ 3 weeks ago: Eh, there’s still time. I’ll start next week. 3 days ago: Okay, maybe just a quick detox. 3 hours ago: Let’s just pack comfy clothes instead of bikinis. 3 minutes before boarding: WHY AM I DOING SQUATS IN THE AIRPORT?! 😅 Life happens, and so do pizza nights, dessert cravings, and ‘I’ll start tomorrow’ promises. 🥐🍕 Honestly, my distractions had distractions this year. But hey, they say it’s the thought that counts, right? (As if thoughts burn calories😆😆) So here I am, catching flights and feelings about my New Year’s resolution to finally get in shape in 2025. This time, no excuses. Just vibes.
