What they’re really saying is: 🚩 “I don’t see the value clearly yet.” 🚩 “I’m not confident this will work for me.” 🚩 “I don’t trust the ROI enough.” And if you just agree and move on? ❌ You position yourself as optional ❌ You make it easy for them to walk away ✅ Here’s what to say instead: 📌 Step 1: Normalize the concern 👀 “Totally fair — can I ask, what feels expensive about it?” 📌 Step 2: Address the real concern 👀 “When you think about the result you want, what would not solving this problem actually cost you?” 📌 Step 3: Close the loop 👀 “If this clearly solves that problem and gets you the result we discussed, would the investment still feel expensive?” High-ticket clients don’t need cheaper offers.
