Recipe ———— Ghee payasam ———————— Ingredients :- • Broken Brown Rice - 1 cup (200 ml) Jaggery - 2½ cups(if u want u can adjust the quality ) • Salt - a pinch Ghee - about 4-5 tablespoons total Use 3 tablespoons first Keep some extra for sauteing coconut pieces & black seedless dry grapes Coconut pieces - as needed Black seedless dry grapes - as needed Dry ginger powder - a pinch Cardamom powder - ½ teaspoon (or to taste) • Water - as required Fry the cashew and raisins in ghee Take aside .
