Sometimes, the best kind of healing is the one that makes you slow down, listen to your body, and truly care for yourself. 🙏🏻 Our experience at Sri Sri Wellbeing felt exactly like that. We began with Nadi Pariksha, where the doctors patiently understood our body type and suggested therapies based on our individual needs. I chose the Coco relaxation therapy, and it was honestly one of the most soothing experiences my skin felt deeply moisturized, my body felt lighter, and my mind was completely relaxed. 😌 My husband experienced Abhyanga, my parents enjoyed their relaxation therapies, and it made me so happy to see how refreshed and satisfied everyone felt after their sessions. Even for kids, they thoughtfully suggested guided eye exercises and wellness routines. What I loved most is how every treatment here feels personalized, rooted in Ayurveda, and focused on healing from within.
